VIS employee with "Heart-beating together"

With the motto "Towards the employee's heart is more important than everything", on August 8th 2020, VIS General Director and the Trade Union representing all employees came to encourage and visit Ms. Pham Thi Lan – a staff  of Vietnam Italy Steel JSC, Hai Phong Branch.

 

At VIS, taking care of the employees' lives is always paid attention. Especially, since Vietnam Italy Steel JSC became a member of Kyeoi Steel Group - Japan, this activity has been more interested by the Board of Directors.

 

With the desire of shearing the employees who are in difficult circumstances, the "Heart-beating together" activities are regularly launched. Thereby, all VIS employees can share and support their colleagues in their hard lives. These shares of VIS employee are filled with warm feelings. It partly encourages and strengthens their colleagues to overcome all difficulties.
